Bruce, its not even Canon to the Tolkien books or movies. Only the books are true Canon the movies aren't. Since J.R.R. Tolkien isn't around anymore he can't declare them in the same universe. The video games are Canon in the video games world, and the movies are Canon in the movies universe, vut nothing except the books are Canon. Meaning they happened.
