Absolutely brilliant. Honestly people make your own opinion of the film, but for me, 10/10, it was a perfect sequel and a perfect ending honestly. The negative reviews just seem to be overly picky and superficial. This was amazing, and great performances from Paul and Denzel

From the music, to the acting, to the entirety repetitive scenes, to empty threats every 10 minute, this was absolutely the worst series I’ve watched in years. Tyler, you have so much money to platform talented black actors, and THIS is what you come up with??? Yikes.

What a step down from the first film lmao. What was happening, I don’t get it, it was also slow? Like the cinematography and music was good but it all matters to nothing if the plot makes no sense

Great, no real critique, was engaged throughout, the pacing, the acting and the storyline were all entertaining

SPOILERS: 1 star for the acting, brilliant job especially with the main character 2 starts for the cinematography although it wasn’t like WOW, it like Okay this is cool. Thats its. Cons: - Before I zoned out, I predicted within 30 mins of film that the girl was his daughter. It was bait with her taking a random stranger home with her, and the age gap (physically) and the lack of any other female presence other than the hypnotist, it seemed rather odd, so that was bait. - As for the other plots that danced around that main twist, I would’ve been able to predict them if I didn’t zone out after 1hr, easily. - The pacing was just too slow, too boring for me to really pick up my eyes and pay attention, overall I do wish I watched with English dub so I would’ve picked up things quicker, but with having to read the subtitles it got exhausting (not a fault of anyone but my own lol) - It was gross, with films and series, I skip s** scenes because I feel they add nothing to the actual plot, and thankfully I kept that logic in this film. And again it was because I predicted incest was happening. If you’re someone that sits through them, and couldn’t connect that they were related, then yes, I can completely understand your shock towards the “plot twist”. - Disappointed as this film is highly rated, and if I had payed more attention in the middle of this film then I would’ve predicted then ending fully, only got the daughter bit right which was enough for me to zone out. - yeah it was a no from me.

1. The logic for not giving Shay the cure doesn’t make sense, she wasn’t consentful before the surgery and even the mother said herself that the pretty surgery changes their brain, so Shay wasn’t truly giving her answer, makes more sense to give her the cure then let her decide when she is actually consenting if she wants to go back to that or not 2. Joey King…listen after halfway the acting was tolerable, but I always find with her films you kind of have to get over the cringe acting after about 40 mins and then you don’t even notice it. 3. The necklace, smartest thing she should’ve done is left the necklace far from the their site so it takes them to the wrong place, or put it in the river and let it go somewhere else, not the FRICKEN FYRE. 4. Although I have my criticism, it was overall enjoyable I must admit, although the fossil fuel and being pretty connection makes no real sense💀Would’ve worked better as a series, but I would watch the second film

It wasn’t great, but wasn’t as awful tiktok made it out to be The only singing tolerable was Renee Rapp, Cady’s singing was absolutely awful man idk how to that passed through auditions I’ll be real Had funny moments which were redeeming, if the the soundtrack was good this would definitely be a 4/5

Tried watching with an open mind but there were just too many flaws that if i had watched this as a child, i wouldn’t watch it again for any sort of nostalgia as an adult. I’d probably make fun of it. Few key points that were annoying, Clawdeen doesn’t look or act anything like cartoon clawdeen, if i hadn’t of known the name from the beginning I would’ve had no clue which character that was due the complete character differences. The main character should’ve been Frankie (despite how irritating the character was), draculaura seemed off character as well. The only character i thought was somewhat okay was Cleo’s. Other than that, younger me still wouldn’t appreciate the lack of similarities from the cartoon version. The musical aspect was very unnecessary, the jokes were not landing. Yeah its a 0.5/5
