Just watching the 2021 series and am most disappointed with the new format. It’s completely lost it’s heart - too much hype and not enough serious feedback and advice. Don’t understand why a serious chef like Josh Zonfrello would want to be part of this. I used to love the programme so am upset by this dumbing down.
