So I definitely think 1923 is another great piece of work by Taylor Sheridan. I have to admit that the Spencer and Alex scenes are pretty boring in my opinion. I’m not a fan of their storyline. I LOVE the action and drama of the cowboys and the Indians. I just feel like this romantic storyline doesn’t belong in this type of show. Too much mushy for me. The less screen time they give that story, the better.

If you’re in to old westerns, this is a satisfying show. Huge Sam Elliot fan and of course he’s a great addition to the cast. Not in to country music, but love Faith Hill and Tim McGraw. Excited to see how this leads in to Yellowstone.
