Never gets old. You can work on a city for months and always have something you want to add. Even in the moments some consider stressful, like fixing a traffic bottleneck, I find it fun to find a solution, and satisfying when everything works. Especially public transport: seeing all the citizens zipping around and transferring between all your lines is awesome.
