The Olympics are about healthy competition and finding commonality with our brothers and sisters throughout the world. I don't want to hear about the hidden political messages in the opening ceremony. I can turn on the news any day and hear the same rhetoric about political tensions in the world. I want to hear about friendships, finding connections with people from different nations who speak different languages, and the things that draw us together rather than those that divide us. Stop the political talk!
