As a crime drama fanatic, I feel surprisingly let down by this movie. Overall it's good but it doesn't live up to the hype. It feels like a second attempt at Goodfellas and it just feels too forced. Scorsese relies too much on narration in his movies and its obvious who his go to actors are. I really wanted to like this but I can't call it a classic.
