Great game for those who wants to beat giant monster....although I prefer Monster Hunter Freedom Unite for more dragon battles. also they release the game in japan and you could only read what's already translated through the patch version...MHFU has more weapons and higher attacks and elements while MHP3 has only one new weapon feature which is the switch axe which is also awesome.. since they created Alatreon, they probably didn't feel a need to put the other elder dragons in the game. over all the game got great graphics and awesome move set for weapon combos. also love they way you could change your character looks and hair styles. overall I rate this game 4 stars.

Its like Pokémon in a horrible way. the grinding can be tedious and plain boring so I end up using cheat codes...overall the story was good and well now that I have beaten the game unfairly (lol) am going after powerful types of monsters and after a bit I will quit and look for something else to play...I wouldn't recommend this game to anyone unless you want to relive Pokémon in a horrible way and be bored to death by the level grinding after breeding a monster..

To be honest I want to give this game a 3 star average score but since there was some cheats.. I give it 4 stars. the story is good but can be confusing at some point. the gameplay is awesome, plot twists and events was epic...however the money making part in the was a bit tedious. because you have to buy mercenaries to take over castles, and other stuff like better equipment. there is too much grinding and eventually you would get bored and cheat. the another part that was so annoying was ustra , jenya, etc. mirror, and phantom spell moves.. which can make the battle be pointless. its barely worth playing if you want to live in some vampire fantasy but its just too tedious.

Great game....I played the first one and second one however seeing that they did put a requirements for the last spell and to save nanami was pretty disappointed. I got to part of game where you have to retake rockaxe castle..and that's what cause me to stop playing... I research last night on how to save nanami and get the last spell for the shield rune. I was disappointing.. also they should have put items in the game to refresh players magic. overall the graphic and boss was amazing and so was the story... didn't like how luca blight can attack you numerous times..what the hell man....
