I enjoyed it, cried and smiled. But it was a little cringe and fake at times and this occurrence was more than when it felt real and authentic. If there was another movie from these characters I’d like to know about Earl. His alcoholism, prostate cancer and cynical attitude in his middle class existence wasn’t explored. I felt like he was a real person in this humdrum of idealistic, showing only the good side to audience characters.
