I used to watch the original Swamp Thing series when it first aired and gained my interest in the series at this point. When I saw the new re-launched version on Amazon, I thought I'd have to give it a go! I very quickly ended up binge watching this series - the special effects used are amazing and believable and is accompanied by a great story line and great acting in my opinion! By the end of S1, I was gutted it was over already and I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a S2 release soon. I'm a big DC fan and this didn't fail to disappoint. Oh and if you're watching Arrow, Flash, Supergirl etc, Swamp Thing even manages to make a brief appearance in the crossover! Gutted to hear it was cancelled before airing and only one season is planned. Season 2 is unlikely to happen. Such a shame!
