Reading this book really got into my nerves. Since the messages are given in a clean cut story mode it's super easy to put things into work rather than figuring out the author is really trying to say in many of the self help books.
The books goes about inspiring you how to be minimal, getting rid of useless distractions like social media and binge watching. Personally I was so addicted to Instagram and Netflix, and after reading the book I realised that I've been wasting so much of my energy on foolish things. It also taught me how forgiveness is a key viture in our lives. One would learn about the 20/20/20 formula in this book and it's super simple for anyone to follow. Just like it's mentioned you don't have to follow the exact activities. One could always choose to do it according to way it's seen suitable.
However my opinion is I've learnt a great deal after finishing this book and it's really worth investing on this book both in your time and practicality.
