Wade Wilson

As a superhero movie goes it's borderline. Some characters are developed very well, but others are just mentioned. For example "this Bob he's a guy from America and can control his farts" it loosely connects x-men franchise with them. If your not a fan of the comics you would miss those connections. The story otherwise is entertaining but seems set up for sequels but there's no cliffhanger but just where do they go from here. A very weak ending. It could have used a few x-men or mcu details or references to tie it and characters together. If it was meant to be a one off thing for these characters, why develop some very lightly and others a little more deep? There's more questions than answers. The cast seem pretty close to their comic counterparts. If it wasn't for Lockheed and magik's this film would be very forgettable and more of a coming of age film.
