It was one of the worst movies I've ever seen. Period.
It was a drama movie. What did I expect ? In the movie, we get to see Steve Jobs dealing with his personal life, and every scene we see is just minutes before the unveil of a new product by Apple or NeXt. It was more like a play in a theater than a movie. Michael Fassbender's role as Steve Jobs was really unconvincing. I had to rethink several times if I was really watching him playing the role of Steve Jobs. Even though Michael Fassbender's role was bad. Kate Winslet's role was the worst. The only good thing about the movie, was the top notch acting. In the end, everything the movie was, was just really long conversations with big words , trying hard to make people understand Steve Jobs as a person. With no success (atleast, for me)
I am really amazed how this movie got higher ratings than the one with Ashton Kutcher. Perhaps, people wanted a glimpse of Steve Jobs' personal life and they got that, in this movie.
The trailer was super convincing. Could have won an Oscar, for being able to fool people. Super convincing, I say.
Wasted 2 hours of my life, trying to enjoy the movie.
