Huge let down to the Kamal fans by Mani Ratnam, started off in Nayagan style but couldn’t match it either. Story just evolves around KH & STR and the entire storyline is quite predictable. Songs were huge let down as most of them were like background score. Overall a hugely hyped up movie with little or nothing great to offer.

Great comeback movie for Sasikumar. Simple but interesting storyline. Simran has always played her role well.

Yet another Papanasam style thriller. Mohanlal has given his best to the character. Shobana has well supported in her role. Movie not to be missed.

Darbar lived upto its hype of bringing back the cop thalaivar after 2 decades. However lacked depth in the storyline and plots as the entire second half was so predictable. Anirudh had a few upbeat numbers but just one stuck into the audience that too thanks to the legend SPB. Overall its a “can watch once” movie.
