Other than the unnecessarily frequent ad breaks my main gripe with The Swarm is that it’s just not very good. I’ve been really looking forward to this show unfortunately they’ve somehow managed to create a show full of unsympathetic characters grinding through wooden dialogue. The jumping from location to location means you never quite get “enough” from each scene. I stuck it out to the end because I really wanted it to be good and I’m stubborn, but now I really wish I hadn’t bothered. Sad.

The secret to good ramen is the stock. Without an excellent stock all the other ingredients are pointless. A big soupy pointless bowl of meh.
