Wow, this film has everything you would need for a successful gritty crime heist feature, a semi decent cast which includes Sharlto Copley, Edgar Ramirez & Michael Pitt! A cool subject matter that is based on a pretty successful graphic novel & company like Netflix backing production. However none of the aforementioned things apparently mean a thing here, The script is just plain terrible, direction is god awful and the score doesn't match a single shot that its so loudly interrupting and my dear god! what are these actors doing? talk about phoning it in. The film is shot in South Africa but no real efforts have been made to dress the locations up as America where the film takes place. Every single supporting role is also given to South African actors that attempt to speak with American accents but simply fail at every turn to impress instead coming off like a complete parody. What a shame that a company that has proven it can roll with the big boys has allowed garbage like this to be made. Fire whomever was in charge and get your head back in the game!
