The book is very interesting despite having a very USA style, stance and outlook. Sometimes gets bogged down in detail. The binding is terrible. It is so tight that you cannot fully open the book to read comfortably. As I find it unacceptable to read half-open pages, I forced it open and, as a result, the pages towards the back have sprung their binding and fallen out. I have taught bridge for thirty years and would have given the book 4 for content - and zero for binding.
