I'm having/had a horrible time with All My Sons Movers. I called and booked a moving job with Adam. I was told they would disconnect and take down the wall mounted TV.. Two days prior to the move Dean called to confirm my move I was told they will not/do not remove TV's from the wall. I was put off due to the inconsistency and said I would call back. After talking it over and making other arrangements to have the TV removed I called back. This time when I spoke with someone the additional charges just started to add up: $50 for shrink rap, $37 for every 15 mins. after the first two (2) hours. When I said the additional fees should have been disclosed whiled booking my appointment this man told me I should have asked. That response right there made me cancel my move with them and i requested a refund of the monies I paid (the minimum 2 hr fee and the 1 hr travel time fee). There's a lot to be said about good customer service and I don't feel like I received any from the beginning to the end.
