Fantastic. I went in expecting a comedy and action, silly con artists getting in way over their heads but somehow pulling it off. But it was so much more and I found myself, more than once, emotional and deeply touched.
The show doesn't shy from hard topics, such as culture, corruption, bigotry, child abuse, PTSD, war, loss, etc. And it had a good balance of action, humor, and deeper character development, and struggles.
I also have to give credit to the show for the representation the show has. There is plenty people of color, culture, hints here and there are little nods of positive lgbt characters (and a bisexual main cast character). Even the voice cast is diverse.
All and all, it is an excellent show and it has been a shame that I haven't seen more about it out there so I had to write a review. Please watch this show, it is equally stunning as it is entertaining.
