Every time I message Tibia (technical, support, or payment) they help me greatly. I would say I probably talked to each team member over the years so their all great. Sometimes it takes a little bit of time for them to understand what I mean so I wish there was a live chat button to make sure we don't have to wait.but other than that keep it up thanks for your help. -Shawtay
