I really love this show. Sure, the writers could do better to please but in reality nothing they do is going to please everyone. To me the first 2 episodes felt a bit dragged on, and I just wanted Cyborg and Beast Boy to be introduced. Cyborg never did and I know that’s very disappointing but i think i know the reason why. When you look at kory, gar, dick and rachel, the only thing out of the ordinary is their bright hair. But a half robot half man is kinda hard to cover up. After the third episode i was completely hooked. And then season 2 came out on netflix and i binged it all lol. I personally preferred season 1 over season 2 just because they focused more on the original 4 but still had Donna, Jason, Hank and Dawn with a good amount of screen time for when they were introduced. Maybe we should have seen a bit more of Jason considering he just disappeared. In season 2 there were a lot of characters and i felt Rachel and Gar (my favourite characters) eventually faded into the background until Gar got stuck with Connor, which is a very cute pairing in me opinion. Here are my personal wishlist for season 3: •I hope we get most of our questions answered. sometimes i feel like the writers just include things to full episodes, but never come back to them. •obviously would LOVE to see gar turn into something besides a tiger. yes he did turn into a snake ep 1 season 2, but like really? a snake? when i think beast boy i think tiger of gorilla. i hope to see him as a gorilla (bit far fetched), a rhino or hippo, a dog (would be super cute with krypto) and just really anything tbh •more gar and rachel ship moments! i ship garchel over any other ship in the show. i know lots of people ship rose and jason but i feel like they got so much ship moments compared to gar and rachel. Especially the fact that they had a massive arguement and then just left it •i would really love to see kory fly and rachel control her powers and use them like she does in the anime. of course everything i’m asking for would cost a lot and i get they probably don’t have the biggest budget to spend on special effects but that would just be somethings i would like to see. Also, lots of people say they don’t want gar and rachel to kiss because teagan who plays rachel is 15 and ryan who plays gar is 24. i get where they are coming from, but it they are both alright with it i don’t see the issue. it’s just acting.. and it’s just a kiss? nothing overly sexual.
