Sherni(2021) is a brilliant movie by Amit. V. Masurkar. Vidya Balan, Vijay Raaz, Neeraj Kabi, Brijendra Kala, Lokesh Mittal all are excellent in their respective roles. It is a masterpiece. Masurkar proved his class again after 'Newton'. Vidya Balan plays an upright forest officer who is tasked to resolve a man-animal conflict in a picturesque forest of Madhya Pradesh. Due to industrialization and politics, Jungle and the lives of people living near forests are being destroyed. At the time of watching the movie, I remembered 'Avni The Tigress'. It is a must watch.
