It was essentially a rehash of the return of the Jedi. Just like Force awakens was a rehash of a New Hope. The last Jedi was the most interesting of the Trilogy, played with new ideas, not formulaic. The Rise of Skywalker was boring, used plot device done to death. Palatine returning from nowhere, creating thousands of star destroyers from nowhere. Please create something that isn't lazy, safe snd playing to crowd.
