I never write reviews about movies but this movie really touched my heart. I recommend you all to watch this movie. Perfectly detailed animation, awesome storyline, somewhere funny and somewhere depressing... The movie was sweet and funny until it takes a dark turn. Taki discovers that Mitsuha, whom he has been switching bodies with, had already died 3 years ago in a meteor impact. So, he does his best in order to save him. He drinks Mitsuha's Kuchikamisake so that he could again switch his bodies with Mitsuha on the day of impact so that he can save Mitsuha and the other villagers by warning them. Although he was successful but they forgot each other's name. Only thing left was a faded impression in their hearts that they had been searching for something or someone but dont what it is... At last, I really thought that the story should have extended more after the last seen. Like how they again recall each other and remember whatever happened in the past. I really have many questions about the movie. I would really recommend the industry to make a part 2 of this movie.
