I'm very disappointed with BBC News. Yesterday evening they reported that Wales had lost at home to Italy and I assumed that I'd misheard the report. But this morning the same report was repeated by Sally, the BBC Breakfast Sports reporter. Does nobody watch and listen to the broadcast output to catch mistakes?
