As a fan of the ge re I had a pleasant surprise watching this film. Excellent fight scenes within a somewhat cryptic story.

It was a promising horror film, it seemed the quality was above averageo, but as the film progresses, it becomes more and more confusing, even, at times, irritating. Then there's a strange relation between the protagonist, a man, probably in his early 30's, and this psychic 10 years old girl too mature for her age. Maybe some may find the film sewhat scary, intriguing or even exciting, but its over the top morbosity and confusing story didn't do it for me.

I loved the film, in spite of what most critics say. The acting is wonderful, the sceneries beautiful, the photography masterful as is the music. The movie is packed with action and is very entertaining. Some say the story is not accurate, so what?, seldom movie are. In fact, it excels in the martial arts and fantasy genres... And by the way, the CGI is far from being bad. Just watch the movie and decide for yourself.

At last, a superhero movie with a sound and rounded background story. Probably the best movie of it's kind ever. Ok, it was a long one, but considering the characters, well, it was necessary and film wise justified. I Fully recommend this masterpiece for lovers of the superhero genre.

I'm a fan of the genre. I find these series especially good, an excellent production, well written and admirably executed. My only hope is that more seasons be made. The quality is superb. I believe it attracts, both, baby boomers and a younger generations.

I don't laugh easily, but this one made me laugh my pants off. Very well done, good action and mostly fun... if you have a bizarre sense of humor. Love it!

Ok, at first, I had the normal resistance to the series. No one can't substituteTom Selleck ad Magnum, I thought. But as the new series developed I got fond of the characters. The idea of a female Higgins created a permanent sexual tension between the two main characters added lots of interesting situation apart from the weekly mysteries. It worked for me. I love the new.series. Definitely watchable.

A very well done series. Based on a true story the product is compelling and worth every second of your viewing time. The acting is also superb.

I loved it. Sure, it helps if you like the genre, but even if you're not a fan, the movie is very well down, wonderfully photographed and it's a fine homage to the original classic. Benicio's portrayal of the wolfman is superb and Anthony Hopkins, well, is Anthony Hopkins. Yes, it has lots of gore, but then, it is a full fledged horror movie with no holes barred. I've watched many times and find better each time. Loved the story and its finale. An excellent film.
