2.5/4 Rating at the very most. If the professional critics and we viewers didn’t know that Tarantino was behind this production, we would have interpreted this as a poor connection between two great actors (Pitt and Caprio). We would even go as far as saying, it has way too many ambitious messages within 2.5hours without much finesse in screen writing (a perfect recipe for a disaster) In my view, this is another recent Tarantino movie that leverages his prior success. He will eventually deliver another great movie, but in this transitional phase he will continue to disappoint realist viewers like myself. For those who hailed this production; I envy you. I’m happy that you are still enjoying his productions and he still bringing that magical elements to your lives through his movies. Maybe you are still hearing his messages and I just lost my vibe.
