Season 21 Episode 8... In a brief shot of the title for the car that wasn't "smogged" , the title appeared to indicate "Mexico Export Only"... ???? In the state I live in when titles are stamped that way you cannot register them in the state at all, they have to be exported and imported in order to go through smogging and registration. Just makes me wonder if the focus of these real court cases I rewritten for entertainment purposes....?
