A slow read at the start but as the reviews were strong and it was recommended to me I read the full book. It gains momentum but I never got invested in the characters partly because I didnt understand the main plot of them returning to the house.
I would have liked a section from the prospective of the adults in the house as I felt there were a lot of unanswered questions. The ending is left open to a second book but to be honest I would unlikely read it as the suspense wasn't there for me in this book.
