I seem to have a lot to say about spectrum I went to spectrum I wanted something different from AT&t DirecTV and dish Network iPhone that spectrum has no idea of what they are doing I started with spectrum 1st of March and ever since then I had limited TV service I do not know that spectrum and Apple TV with two different companies I had no TV service in my big TV in the front room and I still have no service only in the small TV in my bedroom which is so small I need glasses to see the guide I called every day for the month of March to tell spectrum of my troubles I held on the phone for 30 to 40 minutes and could not get through I also was told recently by one of the customer services that spectrum an apple a Apple TV a different I did never realized it was never told to me that Apple TV is one thing and spectrum is another yet and still I'm being charged for great amount of money and not getting the best service I called spectrum many times and I'm being told many different things I'm at a point now that I want to disconnect from this company who say that they are a great company but yet and still I am not paying for a company that has great flaws I give a rating of this company 1 and I hope that whosoever pics spectrum for the internet service OTB service with think real hard before they make the choice see
