A laugh a minute imitation of investigative journalism describing the exploits of the clowns and criminals of the hills of California. I was thoroughly entertained by the desire for justice by the people in the film for acts directly related to their voluntary illegal activities, as well as their hope to gain said justice from law enforcement that they regularly obstruct and circumvent. The funniest part was the legalization of their product and watching all the criminals fail and fall under the light of the real world. We just can't make it if we have to provide safe products and work environments. Can't we just go back to exploiting half-fried knuckleheads and processing our product on the floor of seedy motels like the good old days, we were making stacks of cash back then. Makes you wonder where all the money they can't seem to use to pay their fees and taxes went to. Up in smoke, perhaps?
