I'm watching this series on 2021 (because this drama has Seo Yea Ji from It's Okay Not to Be Okay) I think her stylist in Moorim School doesn't do her much justice (compared to that It's Okay Not to Be Okay) I love Moorim School that I wish they have more episodes. This is one of very few kdrama that I can binge without dragging myself to finish it. I think this drama has the vibe of Harry Potter (minus the magic element- the actors &actresses act better than those in Harry Potter) & the vibe of The Original TW (minus the vampire & werewolf stuff) The storyline is good compared to many overrated dramas. I love the bromance, the friendships, the family love in this drama. The loveline between Suk Doo & Shi Woo felt very natural. The misunderstandings & conflicts in episodes are well executed, they don't drag the issues for several episodes. (I've had my share watching high-rated kdrama with big shot actors; but quite frustrated with how the storyline dragged for episodes. So I really appreciate Moorim School for not doing that.) I wish Moorim School will have season 2 with Seo Yea Ji's bit character from It's Okay Not to Be Okay. Just a bit will do. She's a badass in Moorim School, but more badass in It's Okay Not to Be Okay.

Great series! Not a typical romcom kdrama. If you ever wondered why two people who love each other so much, end up hate each other so much after getting married, and how do we do about this; this kdrama is perfect for you. This series show how little things counts in a relationship, putting ourselves in our spouse's shoes, and that when we are having frustration with our spouse- how to deal with this. This is a healthy (not toxic) & great kdrama for married couple and those who are looking forward to get married. Married life is not all rosy. But the best thing is, for every big fight/ disagreement/ frustration/ disappointment you & your spouse overcome together; your love will get stronger. This kdrama perfectly shows that. It's rare for me to find perfect final episode in kdrama, but the finale of this kdrama is perfect. It's healing.

You don't want to skip this drama. It gets you hooked & anxiously holding your breath episode after episode. I especially amazed at the clown king. This drama is a story about a clown pretend to be a king. But oh boy, he is so wise and smart when he have to make tough decision for his people. When he's cornered to dead end and you'd think he's doomed, rest assured that you'll be surprised at how he managed the situation. Seriously, unthinkable solution. Very wow! This drama writer surely great at writing scripts! Hats off to all actors actresses & Director-nim & staff and crew of this drama. P.s : I just found out the Director for this drama is the same as Vincenzo's Director. No wonder The Crowned Clown is superb!

I think this is one kind of healing drama, not heavy on romance. And it has lots of funny scenes! Every episode has new ghost story. Although you'll see ghost, the first episode will help you adapt to how you see gross looking ghost. This drama helps us to be empathy even to the most terrifying ghost, because beneath the grudge lies a very unfair and sad story... It's also about how to let go things we hate & forgiveness; so that we can be happy and to move on. I read some compare this to Goblin. I've watched Goblin. Goblin is a love story, revolves around the Goblin couple. But Hotel Del Luna is more about the life and regret of ghosts that come and leave the hotel, and how Hotel Del Luna's staff help each of them solve their deep grudges. Personally Hotel Del Luna also teach us about how to embrace death. In reality, every human being will have to face death. But we don't know when our time will be. Man Wol character helps us view death and embrace death ahead of time. At the same time, we have loved ones. We know that death is inevitable and might take away our loved ones. Just thinking about this suffocate us. Chang Su character helps us face the uneasy emotion of this situation. Death is inevitable. We don't like to talk about it. But like it or not, we have to face it someday... Finally, I love that this drama is not too cheesy. The romance part is very very subtle. If you're fantasy lover, you're gonna love this drama; despite lack of many things. The story of the ghosts are really interesting. Also acting skills by character Chang Su, Mr Kim, Mr Choe, Hang Ju, Sanchez; they really light up this show!

Definitely one of the best kdrama! You don't have any idea what will happen next. Totally blow my mind! 🤯 The female lead is a total badass!! It's not easy to bump into kdrama that has this strong female character. I love seeing Ji Won (the female lead) dress elegantly as a detective, not the typical scruffy looking and unkempt hair. Ji Won's elegant appearance gives me much respect to the detective job. Her character showed that even though she's a beauty, she also have the high stamina to run miles to catch bad guy, she can fight fiercely with big guys and she's very intelligent when doing her investigation. I adore her character so much! The character Baek Hee Seong/Do Hyeon Su (male lead) is really interesting. It shows that society often has bias towards people who looks different, who has personality disorder and whose family member has done something wrong. Just because who his father was, society punished him. Even though he has done nothing wrong, and totally opposite of his father...😢 Just because of these, he doubt himself and had to live a hard life. But I'm thankful he met Ji Won who truly sees who he is. It's interesting to see that even though his past is filled with society who hates him for who his father is, Baek Hee Seong/Do Hyeon Su turns out to be such a devoting and great father to his daughter. Typically it's not easy in this age to meet such a man. He can cook and tend to his daughter's need. He takes care of their house and his wife's need. I love seeing the main leads as sweet married couple, not the typical man woman who are just begin to like each other. This drama shows how married couple can still have the sweet moment just like newly dating couple. To be there at every challenging moments (remember that everytime Ji Won is stuck in her cases, Hyeon Su's smile and hugs helps her to ease her tense), acknowledge little things, have a date even when you already have a child, etc. There are also some funny scenes especially involving Kim Moo Jin & Detective Jeo Seop. No filler moment, every scene is fulfilling and keep you on edge. I'm a big fan of It's Okay Not to Be Okay & Vincenzo. But Flower of Evil is totally next level!! 🔥🔥🔥 You won't get bored and you won't want to skip an episode (even if you've read the drama spoiler beforehand like me 😅) The storyline is perfect. The amnesia part in the finale is quite beautiful- as if the couple is learning to fall in love with each other once again. It makes the ending feel very sweet. Thank you so much writer-nim, director, cast crew and everyone who worked hard for this drama. Definitely must watch!
