The vulgar humor people are complaining about I actually find quite funny. It depends on your taste. Also the history behind this show is quite fascinating if you're into that kind of thing. Regardless the production value is quite high so if it at all seems interesting to you I definetly reccomend at least watching the first episode all the way through.
