The Traveling Gentleman

I can't wait to see it! It looks amazing! Edit: Uncut gems, directed by the Safdie Brothers, is a Jam-Packed anxiety-inducing thriller, that delivers a jolt of adrenaline, right to the edge of your seat. The ominous-sounding trailer along with a dazzling smile Sandler lends KG, immediately alludes to the gem this movie will be from the get-go. Here... We... Go... Expect an assertive, brash and modest amount of tension thrust upon you, as Howard's life (Sandler) unfolds right in front of you. It's a never-ending teeth-clenching experience that you're on a ride for. If you're particularly fond of these fast-paced thrillers and your cake is a film with ever-increasing pacing, beat to beat tension (from the beginning to the end) then Uncut Gems is the thriller for you.

Is this a slasher film? Is this a soap opera? Don't know... It's really hard to tell with all the social commentary thrown in your face with all of the #metoo villainization of men. I'm all for social commentary in a film when it can be presented in a subtle, efficient, and creative manner. Overall: This Movie Is Garbage. Dull characters, weak writing, and plot are not fleshed out well enough. The dialogue is just fantastically funny I couldn't help but laugh when watching it. It's not worth watching, in all honesty. 2/10

How great was the movie? I thought the movie was great. There was a lot of intensity in the film. The fighting was brilliant, it was extravagant. I couldn’t imagine the long intense training Keanu Reeves took to fit into the movie. What I enjoy about the movie is the world of assassins with the John Wick series - and in Parabellum, we get a deeper look into the complexity of the assassins' world. JW - Parabellum is action-packed with many fun and engaging scenes, keeping the viewer engaged with every kick and punch.
