This is an excellent game if you're a massive fan of Borderlands, Warframe, Destiny, Monster Hunter or any other looter games. I have already finished the story in less than 10 hours but the game pulls me back to grind for equipment builds for every Valorplate.
Playing every weapon feels like I'm playing a new game of itself. Building weapon synergies like Longsword and Hammer makes me want to experiment more about my playstyle.
The touch of randomized stats for every equipment drop makes me want to grind more for my perfect equipment for my Valorplate builds as well as it had my curiosity as to what are the best combinations of stats for each equipment.
The game indeed recycles the monsters, quests as well as the drops. But if you're used to the so called 'grinding to be OP' in games like this then this is a game for you and you would care less about this as you just want to make your Valorplate build as strong as possible.
The game is full of action and the graphics are jaw dropping. Controls are easy to master and execute and the character actions are on point. Light and heavy attacks transitions very well along with your shield.
Only con that I could comment for this one is the matchmaking which requires you to invite someone manually not unlike other games which automatically queues you in-game. This would be a colossal update and I find the game more addicting if its just as easy as hitting a button to find other Godfall players. I'm playing solo most of the time in this game so this does not hurt me much but it needs to be addressed to make the game better.
Lastly, I just hope that for a 70$ game they would give some of the new features and DLCs for free.
