From the moment I saw the teaser to finishing the series drowning in a pool of my own tears, One Day had me, hook, line and sinker. One Day is a series on Netflix that just perfectly unfolds decades of sweet friendship that was bonded by strong yet mostly concealed love. The 80’s/90’s soundtrack and backdrop just made this series attractive and compelled memories of our own familiar past. Now that it’s finished, I miss the characters!

Typical BBC film trying to rewrite history to cater for the sensibilities of stupid and easily-offended people of this age. Judi Dench’s acting was brilliant but even her greatness couldn’t compensate for the inaccuracies and absurdity of this sham of a film.
