As i sit here watching the 1941 "I Wake Up Screaming" I can't help but think how much more elegant the 1944 "Laura" is. I love the movie. I love the soundtrack and the original romantic tune that became a hit. "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" playing in "Wake Up" is unoriginal and out of place. Then they had the nerve to remake "Vicky" in 1953. I thought the 21st century movie remakes lacked originality!
