Gee whiz, where do I even start. This was such a heartwarming film. This wonderful movie made me laugh and cry. It showed awareness on a real matter. I give it 5 stars because it was a spectacular experience.

This movie made me waste the last 3 hours of my life. The ending was boring and could have used something more. Something about Star and Jake. Or Star killing herself in the water. The turtle didn't really represent anything. I didn't see any meaning in this movie, the plot just doesn't make a lot of sense. The actors all played their roles well but other than that, it wasn't a great movie. It felt like a crackhead documentary and the pulling out her tampon scene was a little unnecessary.
