2 1/2 stars. C.J. Hawk is an extremely promising writer who needs to have a crash course on English grammar usage. The author's unique plot line is completely overwhelmed by absolutely GLARING grammatical errors i.e s/he doesn't know how to form the plural of words, doesn't know how to use apostrophes, colons & semi-colons, doesn't even know how to use a COMMA!! Capitalization is hit or miss i.e. vehicle names (such as Hummer not hummer) are capitalized. Verbs are used incorrectly for singular & plural subjects & then there are just the completely off-the-wall word usage: what the heck is a "dismissed explanation" or a "fresh night's sleep"?? The author would have a unparalleled & awesome career on best-seller lists if s/he would only learn how to write using proper English grammatical usage!!
