Typical, ordinary life of teens going through adolescence. There were so many similarities in CUSP, compared to growing up in Mesquite, Texas in the 60's.
Not much has changed! The problem is in the schools where teachers present this image that everyone lives in a perfect world. It's all make believe, made up hog-wash...an illusion that teens can't live up to. That is exactly the reason why teens commit suicide.
