This novel is brilliant it is even more impressive for a 18 years old author. One of the best coming of age stories, this book seems to be strongly influenced byThe Catcher in the Rye (Salinger), This book makes you reflect on so many aspects of life, and it truly changed me, for the better. The way the emotions are depicted is accurate, personal and touching. I wish I could read it for the first time again.

I have to admit that i'm very judgmental of everyone who criticized this book saying that the meaning wasn't actually deep. I think that to fully appreciate it, you must read it with intelligence and an open mind. Life changing book which inspired Chbowsky to write the Perks of Being a Wallflower. Truly a masterpiece, by far the most well-written coming of age story. Don't read it if you're too young though, the book might be triggering in some ways. Definitely in my top 10 books.

This book contains Jennifer Niven’s beautiful writing style, with adorable and deep figures of speech, that we find in her previous novels. however, i did feel some disappointment while reading it. All the bright places was to me a masterpiece and is definitely one of the best book i’ve ever read, so i definitely expected a bit more. I still really enjoyed reading it though :) i just thought that the storyline was very predictable, thats why it kind of disturbed me.

A beautiful coming of age story that you will remember forever. Jonah Hill did a perfect job in the making of this movie. absolutely breathtaking. I would also like to acknowledge the talent of the young actors, who played their role extremely well. The soundtrack is amazing. If you were born before the 90's, you'll feel nostalgic watching this movie. If you were born in the early 2000's, you'll feel nostalgy for something you never have experienced, and it's a pretty rare and great feeling.
