Definitely missed reading the reviews and only previewed the trailer of which did NOT indicate the value of this film was not in the plot, script or acting but in tasteless lesbian porn, walked out 20 minutes into the film. Coen failed his audience big time. A movie no one needs too see.

Not your typical Hollywood movie, more like like a docudrama that’s slow to start but humbly honest and tragic. I took my 14yo to see it, cringed on a few sex scenes, but eye opening on how life decisions affect your path forward and narcissistic/egotistical parents can manipulate your future. We talked afterwards, some of the scenes were predictable…Kerry heading off on a ride to come down, I thought suicide, my son says, “mom he didn’t wear a helmet and was drinking beer before he left the house”, he gets it - enuff said. Love your kids, don’t push too hard, and educate them on life choices - don’t be their burden!

Terrible. Weak plot, poorly scripted, horrible costume design, and overall some of worst acting besides Statham. Fox is an embarrassment to the action profession. Don’t waste your time or money.

The original and last remake were way more entertaining and well written. Great cast but the screenplay was horrible minus the dark humor with the marshmallows. Podcast was the only genuinely funny character but there were outbursts of laughter because ti was so damn cheesy like when Callie turns into a dog, omg that panting was too much. Not to mention the movie is geared towards kids and when a 12 yo says I think Mr. G "wants to bone your Mom" its just plain unnecessary - 2 12yo boys watching had no idea what it meant other than likely inappropriate. There were a few out place scenes/comments that were just intended for shock value but added no value to the script. The movie is only memorable if you were a kid in the 80's, today's kids will find it meh.
