The Bulletproof podcast is my favourite and I consider Dave a legend in his field of biohacking. I have learned so much and have implemented so much into my daily routine to improve my mental and physical performance and my mitochondria and am seeing notable results. Its impossible to remember all the wealth of knowledge shared on the show so having this book is a must for quick reference which I refer to often with highlighted bits throughout to highlight my points of interest in the book. Well written and explained in a manner which is easy to understand. I can't wait to save enough money to purchase the books Bulletproof Diet and Superhuman and have them on my wish list and secretly hope I maybe lucky enough to receive as birthday gifts this week. If you haven't already read Head Strong then I highly recommend one doing so sooner rather than later because it gets you on the right track to better health and vitality and mental clarity.
