Just watched your story on Telstra very interesting.
I moved into my new home 10 weeks ago and before I even moved in I got the ball rolling to have my connection on in the new home .
Well guess what I'm still waiting.
First they couldn't find the place no matter how I explained where I lived .
Then when they found the place they I stalled the NBN box in the wrong address and that was nearly 4 weeks ago .
Telstra you suck .
It is not rocket science it's time to take action because I'm getting no satisfaction from your department . I have spent over 10 hours on the phone with consultants and yesterday 1& 30 minutes on hold and I'm still waiting on a return call .
Telstra your a joke .
