So disappointed. Drawn out scenes, way too many desert landscape shots ( we get it the desert is hot and sand worms are deadly) , love Han Zimmer but 99% of the movie is blaring score that takes away from highlighting epic moments vs normal walking around drinking coffee scenes. Renowned actors like Josh Brolin had 3 scenes, 4 corny lines, and no value add to the story. Fight scenes were complete trash and were the biggest let down. Dave Bautista literally had 2 scenes and 5 lines. What a waste of casting. The Desert people are suppose to be savage warriors, Jason Mamoa character describes their fighting technique as pure evil- but 3 of them got handled by the mom. The only reason why this movie gets 1 star at all is the cinematography was stellar and the Han Zimmer score was awesome - the music was just far too overused.
