I wasn't particularly looking forward to this remake, however I've enjoyed previous Disney remakes such as the Jungle Book and the Lion King so thought I'd give this a go when it became available on Disney+. I was severely dissapointed, nothing like the original. Personally I don't think it should have been known as a remake. The most dissapointing part was the replacement of Mushu by a Phoenix we see only a handful of times and the lack of comedy. Nothing on the original, very glad I didn't pay to see this in the cinema.
