I love gossip girl, but Dan Humphrey was not the right choice for the role of gossip girl. The better choice would have been Jenny and you would be a fool to think other wise. She was in every clique she was Blair’s servant in the first season and was Dan Humphreys sister and she was friends with Eric which would have given her numerous opportunities to get information. She was lower class so it could be something she could do in her free time. She didn’t really like anyone half way throughout the show because they kept shooting down her dreams. She would have been the perfect fit but you had to choose Dan Humphrey. And no one would have suspected a freshman that they looked down on because they would have thought they would have intimidated her. Jenny was the best choice and Dan just doesn’t make sense the show would have been a lot better if it ended with it being Jenny instead of Dan.
