I tried watching this series and after watching a few episodes...WOW! Eva Longoria is HORRIBLE! Her dialogue and observations are grossly simplistic to the point of total and complete useless banality. I'm wondering if she is capable of any type of smart observation. She's timid, bland, fake, and completely out of her element in a country far too complex for her Maybelline morning makeover. And CNN has given her another show? Another country to travel and talk about, and this time it's, Spain! Seriously Spain? Well on behalf of the USA I would like to formally apologize to Spain for what will undoubtedly be CNN and Eva Longoria's Chicken McNugget quality travel show. The CNN downfall continues.

I can't believe some people are giving this show positive reviews. I watched four full episodes before I finally had to abandon it. Maybe if I'm able to shut off 95% of my brain I could've gotten through to the end. I find myself embarrassed to admit I wasted the four hours that I did on this series. The first 15 minutes are ok, then the horrible acting and writing takes over and it meanders with scene after scene unfolding going nowhere and serving no purpose in moving the plot forward. Did I already mention the horrible writing and acting? Well, it's so bad it should be mentioned again. The main character is played by actor Colman Domingo. For the entire four hours that I watched Domingo had a dumb look on his face, a blank expressionless look, that he somehow manages to execute almost the entire time with his mouth hanging open. I wonder how bugs he swallowed during the shoot? I could break down the four hours I watched further but I need to be done thinking about this series.

Sappy, with a dim witted predictable plot. Its like a Hallmark movie for tweens.

Even if they (Hollywood) would have gone back a little further, like One Million Years B,C, and found Raquel Welch, it wouldn't save this series. It's MEGALA-BAD!

Dull, slow, horrible dialogue, Clooney's character is for the brain dead. No redeeming qualities except for a few good special effects and set designs.
