I have seen several versions of Romeo and Juliet, including the original. The 2013 version was such a beautiful version where I felt the love between the two young people and actually brought me to tears. The countryside and distance they felt, the pain all came together in that fateful scene in the end when Romeo drank the potion and saw his Juliet. Pick apart what you want but I felt so much emotion with the two actors and truly felt their love that it stayed with me for days! That is what I want from a movie and it delivered!!!!!
