Brennan Martin

Of all the Tarkovsky films I've seen so far, I prefer this one, but like always, there is a lot of ambiguity, and his long takes can grate on the average viewer. His films are a lot of work to watch, and he doesn't try to be entertaining. Only watch this if you're dedicated to cinema and want to see Tarkovsky just to take it off your bucket list.
